The laboratory testing and physiological science division of Alpha 1 Personal Training. Housing state-of-the-art diagnostic technology for athletes, executives, and health-focused individuals across Dakota County.

Facility Locations:Serving Dakota County, Minnesota with dedicated facilities across Rosemount, Lakeville, and Hastings.
Operating Hours:Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 7:30 PMSaturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (By Appointment)
Testing Modalities:In-lab appointments are required for Kinotek LiDAR 3D Movement, PNOĒ Metabolic VO2/RMR, and InBody Composition scans. Telehealth is available for licensed physician peptide & hormone consultations.
