By accessing the website, booking appointments, or participating in diagnostic assessments at Alpha 1 Performance Lab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Laboratory Services
Alpha 1 Performance Lab offers advanced sports science testing including 3D LiDAR motion capture (Kinotek), cardiopulmonary metabolic breath analysis (PNOĒ), segmental bioelectrical impedance analysis (InBody), clinical biomarker blood panels, and delayed food sensitivity antibody screening. These assessments provide objective physiological data to optimize training and lifestyle wellness.
3. Medical Services & Prescription Therapies
All medical evaluations, GLP-1 weight management therapies, TRT/HRT hormonal optimizations, and peptide protocols are strictly under the clinical authority and direction of independent, licensed medical doctors. Alpha 1 Performance Lab acts as an administrative and lab diagnostic coordinator. Prescriptions are issued at the sole professional discretion of the examining physician and dispensed directly by licensed, accredited compounding pharmacies.

By opting into SMS communications on our website, you agree to receive recurring automated appointment notifications, clinical reminders, and customer support messages. 5. Personal Training Affiliation
Alpha 1 Performance Lab is closely affiliated with Alpha 1 Personal Training. With client permission, diagnostic data is shared with your personal trainer to design tailored exercise and mobility programs. Separate training agreements govern hands-on coaching sessions.
6. Cancellation & Appointment Rescheduling
Because laboratory equipment calibration, metabolic consumables, and physician scheduling require advance preparation, we request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
